Online Training Courses

All of our online training courses are delivered digitally and are non-refundable once purchased. This policy is in place due to the immediate access provided to downloadable content.

Please email us your full name and email address after payment.

  • Once received, we will send your course materials directly to your inbox.

    • We advise all customers to review course descriptions carefully before making a purchase, as all sales are final.

Accreditation Process & Policy

Accreditation is a one-time service valid for 1 year, beginning on the date of approval. Once your accreditation has been reviewed and approved, it is non-refundable.

To complete accreditation, you must submit:

  • Lesson plans for each course

  • Manuals for each course

  • Certificates of qualification

  • Proof of insurance

  • Business logo

  • Mobile number for verification

Please Note:

  • You are permitted to teach an unlimited number of students under each accredited course.

  • The accreditation fee applies per course, not per student.

Pre-Written Training Manuals

All pre-written manuals are delivered as digital downloads and are non-refundable once purchased.

We recommend reviewing any sample materials or product details carefully before buying, as we are unable to offer refunds after files have been delivered.

Refund Policy

As we only offer digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. However, if we are unable to accredit your course for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
